After reaching our first goal we have increased our target and plan to leave this up and running for awhile. Any help we continue to receive is so appreciated. So much love to our friends, family and community who have been there for us

We are Ramona and Spike, two neurodivergent, disabled people who, due to workplace ableism and lack of accommodations, have struggled to work and provide for ourselves. We have both had jobs that have been quite traumatic and caused us to burn out, meaning we both haven't been mentally or physically able to work in a few years. We now find ourselves in an unpredictable housing situation, without the funds to help ourselves, in the middle of a housing crisis. Our dream is to have the money to buy ourselves something that is truly ours; our own mobile home, camper van, even a shed will do as long as we know we won't be kicked out or unexpectedly have to move again. Ideally we would find housing in west Cork, close to Ramona's parents, who are their only support system. Ramona is currently providing for them both with their Disability Allowance payment, but between food, travel and medications, they are struggling to save anything. Any funds raised here will go towards us finding secure housing for ourselves, possibly paying for assistance with moving (i.e. moving van), helping to contribute to rent for a short term lease. Thank you for reading, sharing and/or donating, we appreciate any help we can get.
