<div>Help Trent Lukens Beat Cancer Again and Adjust to Life as an Amputee
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For those who know Trent, you know his incredible spirit. He has the best sense of humor, a quick wit, and is always the first to crack a joke or make someone smile—even in the hardest of times. But today, Trent needs us more than ever as he faces a battle that no amount of humor can solve.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Trent has been diagnosed with Osteosarcoma for the second time in the past decade, a rare and aggressive form of bone cancer. Against tough odds he overcame it once and was on his 8th year in remission, but now the cancer has returned (with a twist!). Based on the location and how the tumor has grown, the only path forward is a full leg amputation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>While Trent prepares for the life-altering changes ahead, including months in the hospital and rehab, we can’t let him go through this alone. His family, the Lukens, are the kind of people who never hesitate to help others. They’ve been the first to lend a hand, offer support, and step up in times of need—without ever asking for anything in return. Now, despite their reluctance to ask for help, it’s our turn to show up for them.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Trent’s humor and light have lifted so many of us. He’s made us laugh when we needed it most, and now, it’s our chance to return the favor by helping him smile through this unimaginable journey. The financial burden of this second fight is overwhelming—compounded by the expenses from his first battle. But we can ease some of the weight on his shoulders.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With your support, we can help Trent cover the costs of:
</div>
<div>* Prosthetics: Giving Trent the mobility and independence he deserves.
</div>
<div>* Hospital and Rehab Stays: Months of rehabilitation as he learns to live with his new reality.
</div>
<div>* Car Modifications: Retrofitting his car with hand controls so he can regain the independence he’s always cherished.
</div>
<div>* ADA Home: Locating and securing a safe and accessible place for him to return to.
</div>
<div>* Medical Expenses: Covering the many copays, treatments, and surgeries ahead.
</div>
<div>* Mobility Devices: From wheelchairs to special equipment that will aid in his recovery.
</div>
<div>* Loss of Income: Helping him get by financially while he focuses on healing, not working.
</div>
<div>* Insurance Deductibles &amp; Out-of-Pocket Costs: Bridging the gap between insurance and reality.
</div>
<div>Trent’s strength and resilience are an inspiration to everyone who knows him. And while he’s focusing on his fight for life, we can lighten the financial load and help bring that smile back to his face.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Lukens family would never ask for help, but they have given so much to their community and friends—always the first to lend a hand, share a laugh, or brighten someone’s day. Now, it’s our chance to show them the same love and support they’ve always shown us.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>No donation is too small. Every bit will help Trent as he adjusts to his new life and faces this battle with the same courage and humor we know him for. Let’s help make this journey a little easier and remind him that he’s never alone.
</div>

</div>
<div>Thank you for supporting Trent and the Lukens family in their time of need.
