HELP TREAT MY NIECE ESTHER FOR LYMPHOMA CANCER

My niece Esther Serwah Amponsah is a 25 year who recently completed a 1st degree in Agriculture Business in University in Ghana.  She started getting sick 9months ago feeling sharp pains in her stomach.
We took her to hospital and there was not much help they could give.The pain kept increasing and she started feeling all sorts of pain in her abdomen.
For months she has been down and started losing weight drastically. After  so many tests and hospital trips we just found out not too long ago it's a cancer.Specifically lymphoma cancer.
Esther is only 25years old ,the oldest of her siblings.She has a younger sister who was in a vehicle accident years back which impacted her psychologically. We her family are reaching out for help to treat Esther because she is suffering so much and we cant stand to see her go through this pain.

So far we have spent a lot of money on her prior to the diagnosis and there is still a long way to go after finding out what really is wrong medically.

Any help we can get from you would be very much appreciated.
