Help trapped mum give birth to her baby

Donation protected
Andrew my brother in law went to teach in China over 8 years ago and met his beautiful wife Aman out there. They came to visit for the first time in 5 years. My step son Kian hadn't seen his uncle since he was 4 and it was Aman's first time in England. We were all so excited and created a hamper of British traditional foods for them on arrival. They arrived January this year to stay for 6 weeks, during this time Aman fell pregnant and not long after the Corona virus broke out stopping them from going home back to China. This is when the nightmare began for Aman... She had to visit the hospital all on her own for her first baby scan because of the virus lockdown rules at the time. With my brother in law being a British citizen all of us thought there wouldn't be any problems.  At the hospital she was called into a room by the overseas visiting officer  and as she couldn't speak English well the people talking to her, asking her questions, and explaining to her why she couldn't receive free treatments felt to her like a lengthy interrogation. She was there a very long time and didn't understand properly what was going on, she came home very distressed on what should have been an exciting occasion. Her first scan cost my brother in law's parents £231 as Aman and Andrew had now not had work with being stuck in England for so long and their work in China offered them no support so between them they have very little money. This made my elderly father in law feel ill with stress as he cant afford to forfeit them. Because Andrew isn't a residing British citizen they will receive no help or support from our embassy. Aman will have to pay thousands to have her baby born safely and if she doesn't pay she wont be allowed to go home to China. As of yet the Chinese embassy will help them in no way either and up to this point Aman isn't allowed home. The upcoming possibility she could be allowed  back to China means travelling back on her own to give birth without her husband, in a quarantined venue she would have to pay to be in, treated like she was plagued and not allowed to go to her own apartment. As for her husband Andrew he is not a Chinese citizen he will not be allowed back to China for a much longer period. On top of this the visa Aman got to visit England runs out on the 31st of July, no one seems to care that it isn't her choice she's still here or that she's stuck. We've been to our MPs and no one will help her. So now she has to renew her visa and seek legal advice, again costing her thousands. Right now she cries most days and I'm sad to say her visit to England has been awful for her and given her a shameful representation of who we are as a nation. This should be a time of such great joy. She has no way or means of paying for the treatment she needs to have her baby born safely in a British hospital or her visa renewal which has been forced upon her and any legal assistance she is going to need. Please, please help us take her worries and fears away and cover these costs. If you would like more information on this situation and a break down of costs private message me. If Aman doesn't renew her Visa she will be band from ever coming back to the UK to see her family. Thankyou so much for your time. A very concerned and worried sister in law, Laura Franks
