Help trans woman graduate college

My name is Fiadh Kelly (contrary to what the gofundme page might say b/c my old name is associated with my finances.) and I'm a transgender woman. I'm also double majoring in physics and anthropology for my BA, with the hope of going to graduate school, possibly even getting a PhD. I've been on the dean's list at my school for multiple semesters and I am part of the anthropology Honors Society. I'm asking for $10,000 to cover my tuition for 1-1.5 more years so I can graduate. It's about $6792 per year of tuition, so this will just about cover 1.5 years. 

The reason I need this money is because I am not allowed to take out any more student loans (I borrowed the maximum) and my Cal Grants have run out, and my Federal Pell grants run out next semester. I was not made aware of this by the university until this semester. However, I need at least 1 more year worth of classes to graduate, and probably up to 2. I don't think it would be realistic to ask for 2 years of tuition though. I need these funds by August 2021 if I'm going to get into school again before my six month grace period on student loans wear out and they start making me make payments. Unfortunately, by now, most scholarships have passed their fall 2021 deadline so I cannot turn to them unless I delay school by a year (which presents a problem because the student loan guarantor expects payment 6 months after spring 2021's semester is over, unless I get back in for the fall.)

I would be eternally grateful for any help you can give and so would my family! Getting an education is a major life goal of mine, probably only seconded by my transition goals, so your help would mean the world to me.
