Hello! I’m Spencer, I’m an almost 17 year old trans-guy and I could really use some help. 

My chest dysphoria is an everyday battle, it contributes significantly to my ability to do executive functions and directly does not allow me to feel at home in my body. 

After years of difficult conversation with my family, they are allowing me to pursue top surgery. But this is not where it gets easy; my family is extremely low income and is struggling to make ends meet for basics. This surgery could push us to a scary point and we need your help. 

While this situation has been incredibly painful, I refuse to let it stop me from becoming the person I was always meant to be. With your help, I can cover the surgery and recovery costs to finally move forward. If you can’t donate, sharing this would mean the world to me! :)
