Help Traci Kohl secure emergency guardianship for her three nephews, Kohl, Daniel, & Randall. The boys’ mother (Traci’s sister) passed away last year, leaving them to be cared for by their father.

On August 23rd, 2025, the sole parent was arrested for neglect and drug charges. The house they lived in has now been condemned due to the deplorable conditions. Their father is currently in jail, and the Department of Children Services is involved.

Traci will be traveling back and forth to Crawfordsville from Hoopeston trying to secure guardianship. The money raised will help pay for the guardianship filing fee and travel expenses accumulated from this situation. If she is unable to secure guardianship quickly, funds will also help in securing a family law attorney to gain guardianship.

These three boys have endured so much, losing their mother, and deserve a home where they are safe, loved, and cared for, not to mention mental health support for all they’ve been through.
