Hi, my name is Tovia Stephens.  I'm a 33 year old woman who was recently diagnosed with a large upper rectal cancerous tumor and rectosigmoid junction adenocarcinoma,  clinically stage III. In January of this year,  I had radiation treatment concurrent with Xeloda, chemotherapy pills.  It has been recommended that I follow up with medical oncology, gastroenterology and Colo-rectal surgery to remove the cancerous tumor and my colon. I am reaching out for assistance to cover the costs of surgery and chemotherapy. <br /><br />Please assist me in raising the necessary funds needed to have this surgery and aftercare in an effort to continue to be here for my 10 year old son.
