Help Tori’s family through surgery

I am 33 years old and have been blessed with an amazing husband and wonderful supportive family. I would not be where I am today without their love and support especially when I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 28. I was very lucky and after surgery, chemo and radiation I am now Cancer free. My husband and I worked incredibly hard dealing with the emotional and financial toll that took on our lives. Now at 33 I am faced with another challenge. Due to complications I will need to undergo a full hysterectomy. While I always imagined I would one day be a mother, I need to do what is best for my health and the well being of my family. Unfortunately I do not have any paid time off and my company does not offer paid short term disability and so I will be forced to take an unpaid leave of absence for the surgery and recovery. Like the majority of us out there we live paycheck to paycheck and  cannot meet our basic living expenses without my income nor the additional medical expenses not covered by insurance. I have always worked hard to provide for myself and my family but now I need help. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my story.
