Help Tony recover from his stroke

Many of you know my staff member, Tony Chen. He is a devoted full-time staff member for over 25 years, selling more than 20k books in his career and helping countless onto the Bridge, and helping other Orgs and Missions around the world with his social media hats via meetup.com. He is a Jedi. He is legendary.

This is something we boomed during the pandemic, and he hatted many an org/mission/field auditor on how to do this, and it has made a massive difference to raw public dissemination and book sales. He has tirelessly worked at this. Many of you know this as you have been to one of his hatting webinars, or he has spent time mentoring you. He out-foxed the pandemic lockdowns and produced more than ever in terms of raw books sold, and people reached with LRH and helped to read and understand and apply.

At the end of June he had a massive stroke. OMG … this was such a catastrophe. He was lucky to be alive. But with the aid of good medical help and tons of assists from my staff members he has gone from being a certain cripple and unable to function to, now, being able to come home this week. He will need care, monitoring, more therapy such as speech therapy and more assists, and auditing. He will come around all the way. He is TONE 40 !!

He lives alone, has no family, and there is no other breadwinner except himself working. Our staff has always been his family. We will be there for him through this no question, but there is the financial side. How do we keep a roof over his head and his bills paid while we wait for assistance to kick in and for him to build back up to function and produce? That is why we need you and are doing this fundraiser. With a Mission to run, and all my staff working on their posts and picking up his we are maxed out. We need a big dose of money now to then focus on him.

I have calculated what it will take to get him stabilized for the next 6 months – including any additional aids and therapies that can get his full abilities restored. The abilities he needs to make a living and manage his post are the very ones he doesn’t have right now. So he has to re-learn them and get them all back. But he has shown he can as he has improved tremendously, but it will take more time. I am 100% certain of it. So this help I am asking for will not be in vain.

I hope that the world of Scientologists can rally behind this upstat guy and those who have benefited directly from his help. I hope y’all can chip in and we can meet our goal of $20k. This is basically 6 months of living expenses and out of pocket physical therapy and other medical things that his insurance doesn’t cover. So, you guys helping financially will be super theta and the security and energy we need to bring him all the way back.

It is crucial that we bear down on rehab and get him UP to that so that he doesn’t have to be on any dole for any prolonged period nor rely on donations. He is very capable and will make it back to being able to support himself as well as back to post and continue to do the amazing work he does on reaching thousands with LRH and setting the example of what can be done in this world. He has defied expectations along the way and we have no doubt he will continue to do so.

He has miraculously brought himself back this far – so this is the time for the Code of Honor to kick in and not desert a comrade in need, or danger or in trouble. For sure we will apply for government assistance, but we don’t have any predict on what he will qualify for and if it will be enough or when it will kick in. And, it takes a lot of red tape and time. C’mon it’s the government!! LOL. So, we will need things covered now and I don’t want to be worrying from week to week, I just want to focus on helping him recover quickly.
