<div><em>Hello, my name is Tracy Hogan, and I am grateful for your time to read my brother, Tom’s, story. In May, Tom traveled from Arizona to Idaho with his dog, Brownie—his constant companion, to spend two-three months with our older brother to be strengthened, after a long year of wading through emotional obstacles. Less than 24-hours after arriving in Idaho, on May 25th, Tom became ill and was admitted to hospital. He was diagnosed with pancreatitis and an abnormality on one of his kidneys, causing his health to decline.</em>

<div><em>It has proven difficult to get him medical help due to out-of-state insurance coverage issues. Therefore, we need to get my brother back to Arizona to get the vital medical care that he needs. That care includes: diagnostics with a urologist and a neurologist, follow-up appointments, tests and procedures, dental and eyecare, as both have deteriorated.</em>

<div><em>Right now, Tom, cannot manage on his own. I am planning to spend three months with him, spread out over two or three visits to help with his rehabilitation. But I live in Ireland, and he lives in rural Arizona. The nearest city for diagnostics and treatments is two-three hours away. I am asking for help, as neither Tom or myself have the money to cover the support he needs to get him back on his feet. My brother has a small monthly supplement. And, though, I have a full-time ministry, in Ireland, I have next to no money to cover basic ministry costs, let alone these additional personal costs, which I would gladly cover if I had the money. My brother is beyond precious—one who has infinite value and worth to His Kingdom, and just needs some loving help to finish his race!</em>

<div><em>All money donated would be for personal use covering: airfare tickets, car rentals, fuel, costs to get Tom and Brownie from Idaho to Arizona, help with potential out-of-pocket medical, dental and eyecare costs that his insurance will not cover—unknown at this time, and nutritional supplements. Purchase and install a mini air conditioner unit to improve living conditions. My living costs: food, phone, supplements, supplies, etc. while away. And to help with vet bills, as Brownie had an Emergency Vet visit on June 4th, where she was treated. But still needs surgery to one of her ears.</em>
