Help Tom get off the street

Tom is 22 years old, originally from Bradford, and he has been living on the street in our neighbourhood more or less for the last 2 years.
Many of you might have seen him or spoken to him as he normally "lives" on the bridge between Chalk Farm and Primrose Hill. And he is always polite and considerate, looking after the businesses and people that live in the neighbourhood. After speaking to Tom multiple occasion, we wanted to get to know him better and see how we might be able to help him get back on his feet.
And after hearing his story we quickly realised he is not only very considerate, but also a very smart and driven young man, with a dream of one day living in his own boat and setting up his own business. However, the biggest challenge for Tom (as with so many others in his situation) is that he is homeless and alone, and at risk every day; and the road back to employment is hard when you are living on the street.
We wanted to start this campaign to help Tom get off the street and a chance to get back into employment.
Tom has been offered a job in construction through a contact he has made in the neighbourhood, as he has extensive experience in the field. And despite his situation, the company is willing to give him a chance...
However, to start work on site, Tom needs to complete training and get himself a CSCS certification :

One of our neigbours have kindly enough said that he is willing to invest in the certification for Tom, so we can speed up to process of getting him into work and off the street, but we are looking for help to support in in some of the basic things during his training, such as :
- accommodation support (hostel) to avoid him sleeping in the street during his training period
- travel and food cost
- basic tools and safety equipment
We are not asking for much from each of you , but hope you can help us change Tom's life; get him off the street and start progressing towards his big dream of owning his own boat and running his own company....
