<div><strong>Dear friends, family, and community,</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are heartbroken to share that Tom and Jill Joseph have suffered a devastating tragedy. A lightning strike sparked a fire that quickly destroyed their home, as well as a lifetime of memories, treasures, and essentials.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>What Happened:</strong>
</div>
<div>On what began as an ordinary day, a bolt of lightning turned into disaster — their home caught fire and was tragically lost.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>While we are hopeful that insurance will provide them assistance to rebuild or relocate, there is no certainty they will be made whole. The emotional toll is enormous, as they grieve this devastating loss.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>How You Can Help:</strong>
</div>
<div>Many of you have reached out asking how to help — and now is the time they need us the most. Your generous gift of any amount will go directly toward helping them begin to rebuild the foundation of their lives, for example:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div> • Emergency essentials (clothes, toiletries, food)
</div>
<div> • Replacing the day-to-day items that made their house a HOME
</div>
<div> • Covering insurance gaps for repair or relocation
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Beyond material loss, they are grieving the memories tied to every corner of what once was. In addition to your financial help, your love, encouragement, and prayers are deeply meaningful during this time. The road ahead will not be easy, but with a family, friends and community like ours behind them they will not walk it alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Tom and Jill want you to know: If, by grace, your donations end up being fully covered by insurance, they will pay your generosity forward to help others in need. But today, they stand in need of support- and every bit makes a difference as at this time they do anticipate a significant shortfall.
</div>
<div><br />

<div>Firefighters fought bravely, but the damage was devastating. What was once their sanctuary is now lost.
</div>
<div><br />

<div>The aftermath inside: pieces of memories buried beneath ashes. This is what remains of treasured photos, keepsakes, and the simple comforts of home. Each room tells a story of heartbreak, loss, and the long road ahead.
</div>
<div><br />

<div>The heart of the home, destroyed. Tom and Jill’s kitchen — once filled with warmth, laughter, and shared meals — is now unrecognizable.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>With Gratitude:</strong>
</div>
<div>This fund is not just about rebuilding a house — it’s about restoring hope after trauma. Every donation, share, and kind word counts.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for standing with Tom and Jill in this unimaginable moment.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With love and gratitude,
</div>
<div>Cheryl Anderson
</div>
<div>Niece
