<div>Our friends, Tom and Michelle, are stuck in a hospital in Italy.  Michelle suffered a terrible injury whilst on vacation.  Both of her ankles are broken and she fractured her fibula requiring a surgery.  They cannot return home at this time and must stay in Italy at least an extra week because it’s too dangerous to fly so soon after this.

<div>This has caused serious financial hardship for them because of the surgery.  Also, their airfare needs to be upgraded so they can accommodate Michelle’s need for extra leg space.
