Help to see David Ingham's dreams realised

David and I jointly founded Maes Twrog Community Farm, here in Dinas Dinlle. We had so many dreams of getting all the facilities we need in, in order to invite school children, local disability groups, people with dementia, a men's shed and many others to visit our little smallholding. David spent ages trying to source funding for us but to no avail.
Then he was sadly diagnosed with cancer in June 2019 and, following an 11.5 hour operation, 6 weeks of Radiotherapy, A course of Chemotherapy and finally 2 sessions of Immunotherapy David lost his battle and passed away on Friday 13th November in Ysbyty Gwynedd.
He had so many dreams for this Community Farm and had designed so much of it, yet we had not been able to
see it through in his lifetime. Carol is determined to see his dreams to fruition but needs a bit of help and support at this time.
Friends have been asking about Flowers for the Funeral and donations in lieu of flowers. I have decided to buy a fruit tree in lieu of flowers. I am sure this would make David smile so I have decided to extend this to everyone who knew David.
It would be wonderful if people could donate their time, money or both to help see Davids dreams fulfilled. If you wish to donate time please register this on the Maes Twrog Facebook page and we will inform you of volunteering days.
For those of you wishing to donate money please decide upon the size of your donation then choose which of David's dreams you would like to see realised.
£40 would fund a fruit tree . We planned a further six fruit trees.
£400 would buy a new cover for our new polytunnel.
£150 would fund the staging for the new polytunnel.
£250 would fund a replacement cover for the existing polytunnel.

All donations will be listed and visible here at Maes Twrog Community Farm. Donors able to give £40 or more will receive a photo of the completed dream they have helped to fulfil. Donors or Groups able to give more than £100 will be invited to the Farm to see the completed dream.
