Help to save home of 50 years

My name is Sharon Akins and I am here to say parents need prayers and financial assistance. They are seniors aged 83 and 71 in poor health and are facing losing their home of 50 years. It comes down to making the car payment, or buying food or medicine, catching up on a late bill or maybe two if they're lucky, or going to see a doctor or a hospital visit or saving their home.
Their credit was good enough to qualify for a mortgage loan the landlord will accept for purchase, but their income is lacking being on a fixed income and because of the things stated above and the requirements for closing the loan, they are still in danger of losing it.
My sister and I have done all we can, I was away from my husband for over a month helping them when the stress the landlord is causing put my dad through a stroke. Prayers definitely help, but if you find that you can assist from a financial perspective, we would be grateful. Please help my parents save their home! Thank you and please don't forget to share!
