HELP to Relaunch AirplaneMart.com

I am the owner of the website AirplaneMart.com, a website that helps aviators sell their aircrafts and/or aids new pilots in finding their first airplane. There is no cost to list an airplane on my website.
Unfortunately, the website is feeling its age. It was first started in 2004, it is outdated and now non-compatible with newer technology, most importantly not viewable on smartphones.
By updating my website, I hope to make it more secure and easier to navigate for my customers. It is important to me that my clientele who use and post on my website feel safe; they are not worried about their information being exposed to the public or a third-party. I would also like to modernize it visually, to make it more appealing to the eye.
To keep listings free for everyone, AirplaneMart.com needs funding to do a full reconstruction of the website.
