Help to obtain bankruptcy

I am currently going through a divorce. I am actively providing for my child as the picture represents. I have some unresolved debt due to the divorce and am now getting a wage garnishment. I drive 3 hours a day to go to work and back. By the time I pay my part and with the Garnishment I am loosing $100 a week and will soon run out of money to pay for gas for work or take care of my daughter. I need to file Bankruptcy so I can have a new start and continue to provide
