Help to make Agnese's life easier

Hello, my name is Fabiana and I am twenty-one years old. Seven years ago, I found out that my aunt was having a baby girl. I was so excited because I finally was going to have my first girl cousin on my mothers side.

The smile on my face quickly faded when I found out that she was born with an extreme oxygen deficit and now suffers from a severe form of cerebral palsy. She is unable to walk and talk; amongst many other normal activities that an average seven year old can do. She also experiences seizures.

 Her mother and father are her primary care-takers and spend day in and day out to care for their daughter. As you can imagine, her extra care requires extra time and extra money.

We are asking for $50,000 to help purchase a handicap accessible van, and with whatever we generously have left over will go to creating a more handicap accessible apartment. Agnese is wheel chair bound and her only means of “transportation” is her wheel chair. It is difficult getting her inside and out of a normal car, therefore, a wheelchair accessible van will make it that much easier. Currently, they live on a third floor apartment without an elevator; forcing them to carry the wheelchair up three flights of stairs every day.

Agnese also has an older brother Carlo, and it has become increasingly difficult to provide the financial needs for both children.
