Help Tino Fix His Broken Leg

My Boy Tino got out today and got hit by a car... it could have been much worse but he broke his leg in 2 places and needs corrective surgery on his front left leg, the surgery is going to be around $3000 plus medication and i unfortunately can not afford it with everything going on... if you can help Tino be able to run again ill be forever grateful
