Help Tim Recover After Losing Leg in Accident


Recently, Tim experience a traumatic motorcycle accident that cost him his leg, but could've cost him his life. He lost his leg and was bleeding out at the scene of the accident when a stranger used his shirt to make a sort of tourniquet to stop the bleeding before the medics arrive. Tim was flown via helicopter straight to the OR and would soon discover that his leg could not be saved.


As his family, we knew that he would have a long road to recovery. He is the loving father of two beautiful children and just started his own business providing framework and painting throughout D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. He loves playing the organ and drums and being there for those he cares about.


Tim has had five surgeries in less than a week and will have to undergo extensive physical therapy and recovery time. His prosthetic leg alone will run anywhere between $5,000- $50,000 alone. Please help him recover so that he can:
