<div>On Friday, July 18, 2025, the fast-moving Burdoin Fire swept through the Columbia River Gorge, near Bingen and Lyle, Washington. Among those who lost everything was our friend, <strong>Tim McDermott</strong>.

<div>Tim lost not only his RV and primary residence, but also his beloved dog, Tommy, when the property he lives on outside of Bingen burned while he was at work. He is now faced with starting over from scratch. The fire has burned over 10,000 acres to date, the highway remains closed, and access to the property is limited.

<div>Tim is kind and hardworking and always ready to lend a hand to a friend in need. His bond with Tommy was truly special, and this is a devastating loss.
