Help Tim Bruening Kick Cancer

In May of 2018, my father noticed a lump on his shoulder, a worsening cough, and a continuous headache. The following months came with many diagnostic tests - CT scans, biopsies, PET scans, MRIs, etc. In the beginning of August my father was diagnosed with stage 4 Lung cancer. Specifically, it is a type of non-small cell lung cancer called Adenocarcinoma with the largest tumor is in his right lung. They found metastases in his lungs, lymph-nodes, bones and brain. Luckily for my dad, the doctors say he is a good candidate for Keytruda, an immunotherapy treatment. They believe that with a combination of Chemotherapy and Keytruda that they will see promising results.

This past week was his first treatment. My dad was hoping to continue working through treatment, however his response to the chemotherapy has rendered him unable to do so. He is the main source of income for his family, and without his paycheck they will have a difficult time making ends meet. The physical effects of treatment are hard enough, and we would love to relieve some stress so my father can focus on healing.
