Hello!

This is Tidbit. She came to me back in August with her brother and sister when they were about 5 weeks old. Her brother died a few days after we got him, and her sister took off after we released them.

Tidbit had gotten sick with kennel cough and had to be separated from her sister for a week. When I was able to let her back outside, her sister Tini took off, never to be seen again.

Recently, Tidbit came home with a swollen passenger side paw, and she could not put weight on it, which meant she couldn't get away from predators. So, I brought her inside where she slept for 2 days while I called vet after vet trying to find someone to see her ASAP.

I got her into the vet on Friday and found she was definitely attacked by something after she had X-rays.

She has a broken paw (3 fingers) and multiple puncture wounds. She needed a splint, antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, and to stay indoors for 4-6 weeks...

The bill had a bit of a sticker shock of almost $600.

Normally, I make okay enough money where this wouldn't be a huge issue, but work was slow for months after we were hit with hurricanes Milton and Helene. Then we took in my family after they lost their home, and then another few slow months... I am getting sidetracked... but I am humbly asking for help with this vet bill. Any help.

Tidbit has had a rough go of it so far, but she is such a sweet, happy, squirrely girl, and we would both be so appreciative of any help and support. If you cannot donate, please send her a prayer and healing vibes!
