Help Those stranded in Houston

My name is Jared ward . I currently live in Las Vegas but Texas is home to me, since I've seen the flooding in Houston I've been trying to find a way to help. I didn't want to send clothes or money as I am willing and able bodied . Houston still needs help rescuing people from the high waters . I am raising this money to help in the purchase of a flat bottom boat , life jackets first aid kit/s other necessities needed for rescuing others. Any donations left over outside of that will be used on gift cards or other needs as blankets diapers etc . Will update on where these donations got to .I'm planning to drive down asap . I will aid in the help for a few days and when I go leave I will be leaving the boat behind for others to help in their rescues . I feel if one family is saved by this then it is worth it.
