<p>This dog was rescued in the area of 145th east and Avenue Q on the 28th of December. Picked up in a flood zone from recent storms where urgent medical care was needed. He is currently being fostered and resting from a full front leg amputation. Any donations made will be applied to medical expenses and the recovery efforts... Thank you all for the ongoing support to this pup now named "ARCTIC" and his journey to a full recovery.
