My mom found this sweet boy on an access road across from Delco in Kettering. He is missing most of his right rear leg, has very yucky ears, missing teeth, and a swollen chin. His little tongue hangs out too. I'm sure he's pretty old.

Mom just can't afford the vet bills that I'm sure he will accumulate. If anyone would mind chipping in to get him as healthy as possible, I sure would appreciate it! Much love ❤️
