Hello everyone, I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of Devin and his family as they navigate an unexpected and heartbreaking loss. Just days ago, Devin lost his mother—their girls’ loving Granny—very suddenly. Her decline was fast and devastating, caused by cancer and other underlying medical conditions that took her far sooner than anyone imagined. This loss has deeply shaken their family. Devin is struggling with the pain of losing his mom, and Briana and the girls are doing everything they can to support him while processing their own grief. His mother was a steady, loving presence in their lives, always checking on the girls and staying connected despite the distance.

Although her funeral is thankfully covered, she lived in Los Angeles, California, while Devin and his family live in San Antonio, Texas. With the holidays approaching, unexpected time off work, and the need to travel such a long distance on short notice, the financial burden has quickly become overwhelming. The family is needing help specifically with transportation and other travel-related expenses so they can be present for her services.

This family wants nothing more than to be there—so Devin can say goodbye to his mother, so their daughters can honor their Granny, and so the family can stand together during this painful moment. Any contribution, no matter the amount, would mean the world to them. Your support—whether through a donation, sharing this fundraiser, or keeping them in your prayers—will help ease the weight they are carrying and allow them to be where they need to be. Thank you for showing Devin and his family love, compassion, and support during their time of loss.
