Help Theodore Become My Legal Name

As you likely know if you're reading this, I've been living for various reasons under the name Theodore Erik Grajewski for well over a year and a half now. While I'm proud to sport this name, my ID, work information, housing information, etc etc all bear my former name.

In the spirit of leaving the past behind me, I wish to legally change my name to one that I use on a daily basis and respond to.

I'm living on my own in philly and can't exactly afford the $250 court fee necessary to get the process started, especially during the holiday season. I know it's the holidays for everybody. I know everyone is strapped for cash. So if you can't donate, or you don't care to, it's fine. But if you're thinking of me and wanted to get me something but weren't sure what, this would be literally life-changing.
