<div>Many of you know our sweet Theo and how hard he’s worked over the years to overcome his challenges with eating. Theo has ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) and autism, and despite years of feeding therapy, he still struggles to eat more than a few specific foods. Right now, his main source of nutrition is Pediasure, and while we’re so grateful for it, it’s not enough for him to thrive long-term.

<div>We’ve recently learned about a specialist in Chicago who focuses specifically on children like Theo: kids with complex feeding disorders tied to sensory and developmental challenges. This doctor has helped countless families find real progress and hope where other treatments have fallen short. We truly believe this could be the next step toward giving Theo a healthier, happier relationship with food.

<div>The specialist is located about four hours away from us, and the costs will add up quickly including gas, hotel, meals, and time off work for at least one day and night (possibly two if testing is needed or based on recommendations). We’re still waiting on a confirmed appointment date and don’t yet know the full financial picture, but we wanted to open this fundraiser now so that anyone who feels led can begin praying, sharing, or helping us prepare.
