On Friday, September 5th, the unimaginable happened to the Yanga family. A sudden, devastating house fire tore through their home in Ocean View, leaving behind nothing but ashes and heartbreak. In a matter of minutes, everything they had worked so hard to build was gone. While we are beyond grateful that everyone is safe, the road ahead is overwhelming.

This beautiful family of seven—two loving parents and their five precious children, ages 16, 15, 13, 8, and just 1 year old—now have only the clothes on their backs. Anyone who knows this family knows their kindness, generosity, and willingness to help others in times of need.

Now, it’s our turn to lift them up during one of the most difficult moments of their lives. Right now, the family is staying with friends and trying to navigate this nightmare while making sure their children feel safe and loved. But they urgently need help. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference. Even if you are unable to give, sharing this page with others is just as valuable.

Every dollar helps. Every share counts. Every kind word matters. Thank you for holding this family in your hearts and for showing them they are not alone.
