HELP THE WORM, MUTUAL AID VAN AND POC ACTIVIST

HELP THE WORM!! The worm is an absolutely incredible van that is constantly being used for mutual aid. It’s owned by friend and activist Gladys. If Gladys isn’t transporting mass amounts of furniture, clothing, people, drywall or food they are usually cooking for the community and friends or pursuing their art. They are comrade extraordinaire! The worm has done so much for the community, particularly in the past year and needs help to get fixed up!! Gladys is constantly giving, whether it’s sending money to their mom or a stranger in need, let’s work together to give back to them and invest in a vehicle that is used abundantly for neighborhood care. They are an incredibly caring, diligent, passionate individual who is always putting others before themselves. We’re asking for $4k not only to help with the current repairs but also to provide them with a cushion for future fixes and to help with insurance and gas. You can also trust that any work Gladys doesn’t do themselves, they are going to outsource someone from the neighborhood and support local business. Here is the list of Worm needs:

$275 - Belt, Tensioner, Pulley replacement
$140 - Radiator Leak
$100-$150 - Alignment
$450-500 - Pitman Arm replacement
$50 - used tire (front driver side)
$100 - two correct size tires for front driver and passenger
$22 - transmission filter
Jack - $25
- Barrings
- Weather stripping on all doors to prevent leaks
- Screw up the bottom step (need metal and wood piece)
-Chalk edges of window to prevent leaks
- NEW TIRES and a spare 
-$2k for rebuilding transmission
