<div>Craig and Lusi Wisner, their two children, Shant and Sage, and their pets (a dog, a cat, and chickens) lost their Altadena home of 10 years due to the Eaton fire, Wednesday, January 8th, 2025.

</div>
<div>Craig is a beloved and respected ceramics teacher (yes, kilns and glazing) at Culver City High School (over 20 years); he also chairs the Art Department and is the 2021 CCUSD district-wide Teacher of the Year.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>Craig and Lusi love their Altadena and Armenian communities... so much so that Craig makes the 60-mile/3-hour round trip daily commute to support and teach the teens who attend CCHS.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Lusi's mother, who is elderly and has failing memory, lost her home in Altadena as well. Craig and Lusi are her primary caretakers.

<div>From Craig: "We’re sort of embarrassed by all of it but I think we’re going to need all the help we can get…. it’s both silly and tragic…. 25 years of marriage and aside from the good times, we now literally have a car and the clothes in two backpacks to show for it all…."

<div><strong>Please give what you can to this devastated and deserving family.</strong>

<div><strong>Please note: Lusi and Craig will need to start again. The funds will be used for immediate needs as well as recovering from this devastating loss.</strong>

<div>I'm Alexis Reyes, raising funds for my colleague at Culver City High School. I am a film teacher at the same high school. Craig and I are long-time friends and our children attend the same college.
