<div>As if that wasn't enough, when the Chicago Heights Fire Department got there, the hydrants were not working properly, causing them to not have water to fight the fire. This delay allowed the fire to spread to 6 homes. Unfortunately, the Red Cross did not supply hotel rooms for the 3 members of the Williams/Boyd family, and they are homeless.
