<div>Last night’s storm brought devastating flash flooding to North Merritt Island, leaving many of our neighbors with heartbreaking damage. Among them was our dear friends Cole &amp; Sheila Weaver, whose home took the brunt of the storm.

<div>Around 9:30pm, water was rushing in through the doors and walls, flooding every room and destroying flooring, carpets, walls, cabinets and furniture. By the time the water receded, nearly everything inside was ruined.
</div>

<div>While Sheila and her family are safe, their home is not. The damage is extensive and will require major repairs. They’ve lost so much in just one night — and now face the long road of rebuilding their home without flood insurance.
</div>

<div>Sheila is the kind of person who’s always there for others — whether it’s helping children at her second home, Grace Methodist Preschool, supporting our local soccer club, Central Brevard Soccer, or volunteering at Merritt Island High School soccer booster club. The Weavers always show up when it’s needed most. Now it’s our turn to be there for them.

<div>All donations will go directly to the Weavers and helping the family replace damaged essentials, repair their home, and cover temporary living expenses as they recover from this disaster.
