Help the Vola family recover after tragic fire

The family, friends, and co-workers of a 17 year veteran of the Northfield Police Department and former Marine are asking for the community's assistance after a devasting fire at their Egg Harbor Township home on February 1st.

Joseph and Melissa Vola's home was completely destroyed including all possessions. Luckily Joe, Melissa, and their two young children escaped unharmed but their dog "Scooby" did not survive.

The family of four and their four surviving dogs are now displaced and need to recover from this tragic, unexpected loss.

The Vola family routinely opens their home to foster animals, now they need a home for their family and their animals.
