Help the Tieche's after their horrific house fire

Hi. I am Jenn and my best friend in the whole world lost her home. Her whole world has been turned upside down. They have been living in hotels for the past 2 weeks and are finally getting to an apartment. Please help cover the incidentals insurance does not. The story is below in her own words.
On 7/20/22 our lives drastically changed.
I received a phone call from the Amazon driver that my house was on fire- my heart stopped. My only thought was this must be a joke…
You see our pregnant chocolate Labrador had been in the house for the previous 3 days- since it has been so hot- the 30 minute drive home was a blur…my husband’s phone kept going to voicemail and I just prayed that everything and everyone would be ok and still in utter disbelief.
Not knowing what I was driving home to. I arrived on the scene to my Amish neighbors and the Amazon driver still there, I can’t thank that driver enough for caring. The fire started in the basement in the ceiling. A frayed wire- speculation that a mouse chewed through it.
Everything in the basement is a charred mess of rubble. The main floor where the kitchen is- is falling into the basement- the Plumbing, electrical HVAC system and ductwork, well pump, kitchen cabinets and counter tops, appliances and all of our clothes are a total loss.
Inventorying our lives is a daily thing- it’s sad and it breaks my heart.
Our children have been amazing through this experience - they are stronger than I am…
Our 13 year old daughter and 9 year old son want nothing more than to sleep in their own beds and not a hotel room. They want everything to go back to normal- Normal is a long time from now…
Yes we do have insurance- we just aren’t sure if we will have enough-This would be to help out with things that insurance may not cover.
