Help the Thomas’ through this very difficult time

Hey everyone. We all know and love the Thomas family. The laughs and love they have provided to all of us has helped us through our darkest times. Now it’s time for us to help them through theirs.

Our amazing boy, Gavin William Thomas, age 17, passed away September 17, 2021. Gavin was part of the Pinckney High School track team and loved his teammates and encouraged everyone through all obstacles they may face. In his spare time, he enjoyed listening to rap songs, vinyl records, and watching movies. Gavin was an avid Star Wars fan. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends. Everyone who knew him would say that he made them laugh or smile and that he got along with everyone. He made everyone he met instantly feel like family. He was a defender of all those he felt were in need. Gavin will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

 

This was a very unexpected passing and the family has incurred great costs to put their sweet boy to rest.

 

We all feel helpless and wish we could help in whatever way possible. This is how we can. Let’s make sure to cover the costs of appropriately putting Gavin to rest without his family having to stress about the financial burden.

 

Pinckney has always been a small “everyone knows everyone” town. Let’s keep that going by supporting one of our best families!!
