Hi, my name is Mimi and I am the proud owner of The Sweet Lounge. As a self-taught baker, I’ve poured my heart into creating gourmet desserts that bring joy to our community. Baking has always been my passion, and sharing my homemade recipes—rooted in family traditions—has allowed me to connect with so many wonderful people. Now, I’m ready to take the next step and expand The Sweet Lounge so I can reach even more dessert lovers.

 I am seeking support to purchase a mobile dessert trailer and commercial equipment. With a fully equipped trailer, I’ll be able to participate in more festivals, farmers markets, sporting events, community celebrations, and private catering opportunities without relying on temporary setups. The right equipment will help me prepare more desserts efficiently, maintain the quality and consistency my customers expect, and safely store larger quantities. This expansion will also allow me to reduce waste and offer an even wider variety of treats to the community.
