Help the Snapp Familly

Matthew Garza, 9 years old was struck by a car that fled the scene around 1:40 p.m. in the 6500 block of Betts Avenue July 15 2020. Matthew was outside with his brother trying to catch their dog that had gotten out. Matthew's other brother and the dog made it across the street, but Matthew did not.
His mother Dystinie Snapp immediately ran to Matthew and “The last thing he said was, "Mommy, please help me", and then he kept going unconscious. I thought he was going to die. I prayed to God that I could trade spots with him... even right now when hes awake, he doesn’t know that he got hit by a car,” Dystinie Snapp said.
Snapp says Matthew had surgery at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center for a broken arm and has some other injuries including head trauma and a concussion. The driver had no insurance and only a temp license. Dystinie will have to take off work to care for Matthew,  who struggles being not by his mom's side due to the trauma of the accident. 
The back story:
Dystinie and her 5 children were experiencing homelessness during COVID-19 due to her loss of a job as a restaurant server.  Maslow's Army housed her and her children from March until July in a local hotel. That is where Dystinie began working as a desk clerk and begun her comeback. Maslow's Army saw her resilience and decided to allow her to live in one of their homes as a piolet program to allow the family to save money for permanent housing. Matthew has a long road to recovery as many doctor appointments and physical therapy have been set.  The family is asking for help with medical bills and time off work to be able to recover from this terrible tragedy together.
