Help the simpson family during this trying time!

Hello, my name is Kaylla Simpson. I am setting this up to raise money for my family during this very difficult time.

As most know already, our sister, daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin, friend, loved one Bailey Simpson was in a horrible accident on Monday evening January 9th. She was taken to the hospital where we had found out that she had several broke ribs, a broken wrist, ankle and fractures in her face. They also found that she had contusions in her lung, kidney and her spleen was bleeding. She was then intubated and was taken back and under went an over 3 hour long surgery. During surgery they gave her several blood transfusions because she lost a lot of blood and was bleed internally. They also had found that her diaphragm had ruptured and her lungs, liver, kidney and spleen were all pushed into her chest. They put everything back where it was supposed to be and they had to remove one of her kidneys due to it being crushed. Bailey was then taken to icu with a vacuum wound pack where they opened her to be watched very closely. With all of her intensive damage to her lungs she is still on a ventilator and her oxygen levels were very low for most of the night. Around 4:30am on January 10th her oxygen levels got up to 97 and her stats have stayed good since. They did more ct scans and X-rays later in the day and found that the fractures in her face are extremely intensive and causing her to not be able to breath on her own. With that being said they airlifted her to harbor view to have surgery to place a trachea placed for her breathing so they can then begin to make repairs she needs on her face to help get one step closer to being able to heal. Bailey is fighting for her life and is not completely out of the woods yet. She has along road ahead of her. With that there comes a lot of unexpected expenses for the family to be able to be with her during this VERY hard and trying time. We are raising money to help with travel expenses, food, bills and whatever else the family may need during this long extensive recovery.
