Help the Setran Family

Following a week of illness, on Thursday, September 2nd Ron Setran was rushed by ambulance to the ER with a 105 fever and a life threatening blood oxygen level. His wife Anita was also fighting Covid Pneumonia and forced to make instant life saving decisions for her husband. The days that followed have been a fight to save Ron's life. He has been receiving treatment in the Covid ICU while we have worked at home to help Anita heal and keep her out of the hospital.

We are so thankful that the latest reports are moving in the right direction. Ron is still in the ICU but his numbers are turning in the right direction. HEALING is happening! We are so hopeful we will see him home soon. Anita is finally receiving treatment that is WORKING! She is healing and her strength is slowly returning.

So many have reached out with prayer and support. You have held our family up and we know the healing we are seeing is a direct answer to YOUR prayers. We cannot THANK YOU enough!!

Many have asked how else they could help the Setrans through this difficult time. Medical bills and treatment expenses are already piling up along with family expenses increasing during this time. Both Ron & Anita have been unable to work the last few weeks due to this illness. We have no idea when Ron will be able to return to work as his recovery will require many more weeks of treatment and physical therapy at home once he is released from the hospital.

My name is Rebecca Burd and I am Anita Setrans sister. I have set up this Go-Fund Me for them to help raise some finances to meet the many financial needs they are facing as a family. The Setrans have given their life to ministry and service. I have seen them give the very last of what they have to help meet the needs of others. I know so many of you have had the pleasure of receiving their kind hospitality. Anita was one of my main caregivers on a weekly basis as I fought for my own life in 2018. I want to give back to this beautiful family and help relieve some of the pressure they are facing during this very difficult time. Any gift is a BLESSING!!
