Help The Schutta Family

Let me start by introducing myself. My name is Holly Schutta, myself, my husband Douglas Schutta and 2 week old son Hollis have just been hit with the devastation of Hurricane Florence here in Arapahoe, NC and quickly realized we have lost our home and all our belongings.  Before the storm we packed up our necessities and things that took priority. With that being said we came back to see we had nothing left. 

We have lost our home, furniture, clothes, our newborn sons nursery that was brand new and never got to be used or create memories in, appliances and much more. We have to start completely over and replace it all. 

We are not a family that asks for help, handouts or anything we are usually the ones bending over backwards for any and everyone. But please understand when I say this, standing in your home that has been ripped to pieces with saturated belongings/memories holding your newborn child and wondering what’s next for you and how to move on from this point, it’s absolutely heart wrenching. 

Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated more than you know.  We understand fully that financially things are tight for others, so believe me when I say the smallest amounts would make a difference.
