Help the Roberts Family Rebuild!

Matt Roberts and his family moved to Katy, TX from Michigan in May for a new job opportunity. Just three weeks ago, Matt, Jen, and their two daughters, Olivia (6) and Emerson (2), closed on their home and finally got settled in their new city! Olivia started the first grade here last week and the process of making Katy their home was just beginning.
As you know, last week we were hit with a devastating amount of water from Hurricane Harvey and the Roberts's home was severely affected. With little time to prepare, the Roberts family was forced to evacuate and leave everything they own behind. The last report we were given was 5ft of water in their house. Matt's house is located in a part of the city that has not flooded in 100 years and thus, did not have flood insurance leaving the cost to tear up and rebuild his home solely on him and his family.
As you can imagine, this is a cost that not many can afford on their own. Matt has submitted his request to FEMA but the response will not be enough to get his home renovated for his family.
Matt will not only need to tear up and rebuild the bottom level of his house, but they will need new furntiture, kitchen supplies, and other items that were destroyed during the flood. Any funds that remain after Matt's house is fixed will be donated to Katy ISD to replace the very expensive school supplies that were just purchased for the year and lost.
Matt is my boss at Academy Sports + Outdoors. He is not only an amazing leader to our team, but he is a great person. As most of you know, he is the first to help someone in need and is truly an admirable human being. In the little time that I've known him, he's become one of my biggest adovates and dearest friends.
I know that there are hundreds of families in need and numerous organizations that you can donate to. I certainly encourage that as I have donated to those relief funds as well! However, our team wants to do everything we can to ensure that the Roberts family is able to receive what they need to begin rebuilding their new life in Katy. Academy Sports + Outdoors is lucky to have gained such a great family, let's help them stay here! Please donate anything you can, no donation is too little!
