Rescuer, Rofia Touhami has over 300 Dogs and 80 cats that she has rescued from the cruel streets, where they are poisoned, beaten and abused, run over and left for dead. Many in her care are special needs and require a lot of TLC, through medication and special diets.

Food alone costs $113 (£81) per day which is $3,390 (£2438) for the whole month. 

Rofia's Facebook account was restricted for 30 days and she was unable to post pleas for donations, as a result the donations slowed and she now faces debts, which could risk the relationship with her regular suppliers.

Like all of us animal lovers, she has a big heart, but needs our help to take care of all the animals. The shelter can't run without donations and the animals rely on the team for their safety.
