The home I share with my husband Donald, 3 children, and 4 dogs was completely damaged due to the floods here in the Encanto/Lemon Grove, San Diego area. We had 4ft of water thoughout. Our children are 17, 14 and 7 and as you can imagine, are also devastated by the loss.
