Help the Red Cross during COVID-19 - Yoga Class

UPDATE: In addition to the class on April 4th, I have decided to continue offering free classes EVERY SUNDAY in APRIL at 3pm (GMT-London Time) and 9am (CDT - Nashville Time). Thank you for your support.

I’ll be offering a donation-based yoga session this Saturday, April 4th at 2pm (GMT - London time) and 8am (CDT -Nashville time) to raise money for the Red Cross who are helping people during the current pandemic. Any thing that you can spare would be greatly appreciated, even just a £1 (or $1) if that’s all you can spare during this difficult time.  Please note this will be a gentle, slow flow class, so will be beginner-friendly.

If you are unable to make a donation at this time, do not worry. I want this class to be accessible to everyone at a time when yoga is so needed.
