This fundraiser is raising money to benefit the all-volunteer Red Bank Fire Department's Marine Unit, and any donation will help make an impact. Your contributions have no administrative overhead and 100% of your contributions will go toward launching the new marine unit boat. As an all-volunteer department, we are reliant on public support for projects like this. The work on the boat is being handled primarily by the members of the marine unit, who are dedicating considerable time to the project. Your much-appreciated donations will allow the membership to focus on the task of public safety, and not fundraising. Further, your donations will go towards all necessary repairs, equipment, and supplies our membership cannot personally provide.

Recently, the Red Bank Fire Department took possession of a "new to us," twenty-six foot SeaArk fireboat from the New Jersey State Forestry Department. The vessel needs some work, but it's something that when complete, will make a huge improvement to our ability to serve those who enjoy our local waterways.

18 months ago, our Department sought out this piece of equipment to replace an existing vessel, one that we utilized to its utmost potential, but due to its size and layout, did not fully and property support the needs of our Marine and Dive Division. The Marine Division serves the Borough of Red Bank's marinas and waterways, and the Twin Rivers and beyond through the Monmouth County Marine Task Force.

Now that the SeaArk is in our possession, the work to return it to being seaworthy is in our Volunteer Member's hands, and we NEED YOUR GENEROSITY AND SUPPORT!

We are actively seeking donations to have this vessel:

● New motor

● New controls

● New electrical system

● New fire pump

● General repairs

improving our equipment and allowing us to better serve our community and beyond.
