<div>I write today to share a story of hardship and to inspire a demonstration of community. Columinate operates a property management unit, Common Good Management Services, for housing co-ops and other types of affordable housing projects.

<div>Mariselva Ponce de Leon, a resident at one of our client communities, Westside Mobile Home Park in Durango, Colorado, recently suffered from a fire in her mobile home. Thankfully, she and her family were not hurt, but they lost all their personal belongings and their home was gutted by the fire.
</div>

<div>Mrs. Mariselva does not have insurance to replace belongings or to restore her home to livable conditions. Columinate and Common Good are sponsoring this GoFundMe campaign to raise money to help. Early estimates are $40,000 to restore their home.
</div>
<div>Please join us in making a donation to support Mrs. Mariselva and family. Our goal is to raise at least $20,000 to give them a boost in this time of need.
