Help The Plotner Family After Horrible Accident

Hello my name is John Wise and I currently live in San Antonio Texas. I am currently trying assist my mother Frances Plotner.
As a result of recent events directly related to this past week's winter storm, our family has been put on hard times. On Tuesday, February 16, 2021, my stepfather, Keith Plotner was up in the attic trying to fix a burst pipe. He ended up losing his balance and fell 16 feet, sustaining multiple injuries that have placed him in the ICU, including multiple fractures in his neck, back and ribs along with a broken pelvis and displaced hip. He is currently awaiting repairitive surgery and will have a long road ahead of him to recovery. My mom and Keith are not ones to ask for anything, often being the ones to give to others, but in this situation, we could use the assistance with not only the medical expenses but day to day bills as well. As my mother is presently unable to work due to a recent auto accident she is still recovering from, Keith was the sole provider for the household. Right now, they are looking at a $10,000 medical deductible, and what will be several months of upcoming related expenses.
